A 1,540m² residential redevelopment transforming two existing lots and dwellings into four architecturally designed luxury homes.

CANIX led the project from inception, undertaking site acquisition, design development, statutory approvals and ongoing development project management through to delivery. The project is currently under construction, with CANIX continuing to manage program, cost, and quality through to completion.
