Who we are.
CANIX is a NSW-based, Australian-owned construction group. We provide integrated tailored project management and construction delivery services.
CANIX is also a licensed builder, so when the project calls for it, we can take on the build directly. Either structure, one team accountable for a successful outcome. With extensive experience across industrial, transport, commercial, education and residential sectors, we take the complexity of construction off our clients' plate so they can focus on the bigger picture.
CANIX is the difference in each project, we work with our clients as part of their team. Whether we're helping a developer assess feasibility and early planning, supporting an investor through delivery, or backing an asset owner through a critical upgrade, each project gets the focus and direct involvement it deserves.

The CANIX Difference.
Construction experience is what sets CANIX apart.
Our construction experience means decisions are made with real world building knowledge, improving cost control, mitigating delays, and catching risks before they hit the site.
We understand how projects are actually delivered from start to finish, not just how they are programmed on paper. That practical approach allows us to move faster, coordinate better and maintain complete visibility across every stage of the project.
How we work is the point. Decisions get explained, not assumed. Reporting is clear and on time. The same project manager is with the project from feasibility through to handover, one point of accountability, start to finish.
At CANIX, we do more than manage projects. We take ownership of the outcome.
How we work.
01 — Set the foundation
Prior to engagement, we take the time to go in depth to understand the client, the scope, the project objectives, constraints, and key risks — and from there, align how CANIX will streamline the process and programme the project.
02 — Early involvement
We get involved during the design phase, before drawings are locked and decisions become costly to change. By assembling the right team and identifying constructability issues early, we save the project significant cost and time before construction begins.
03 — Report honestly, report often
Clients see the same cost, programme and risk data we see. Updates are clear, on time, and never softened. Any identified risks are presented with tailored solutions. No surprises at handover.
04 — Continuity
The project manager who scopes the work delivers the work. No handover between sales and delivery.
05 — Hands-on delivery
We're on site and in the work, managing the order in which things get built, the materials and trades coming through, the quality of what is built, and the safety of the people building it. Where a separate head contractor is engaged, we oversee them on the ground and ensure programme, budget and milestones are tracked and met.
Our values.
01
Trust
We do what we say we'll do. No inflated progress, with no hidden risks. When issues arise, we raise them early and bring solutions. Predictability is the foundation of every successful project we deliver.
02
Loyalty
Long-term relationships with clients, suppliers, consultants and trades are how we operate. The repeat work — not only from clients, but from our contractors — is a testament to what we are about.
03
Transparency
Clients see the same cost, programme and risk data we see at every stage. No hidden margins. No surprises at handover.
04
Passion
We're passionate about what we do, and it shows in the quality of the work we deliver on all fronts. The values we hold personally are the same values that run the company. There's no separation.
Meet the Director.
Chris Nastasi
Personally invested in every project CANIX delivers, Chris places equal value on the long term relationships built along the way.
His approach is simple. Every project is led with the same level of detail, accountability and commitment as if it were his own investment.
Chris has built a reputation for his hands on leadership, attention to detail, and ability to simplify what can often be a complex, stressful, and demanding process.
His proven ability to coordinate teams, manage stakeholders, and meet tight project requirements is underpinned by clear communication and a consistent, client focused approach.
With CANIX, Chris set out to offer something different: better client service, closer collaboration, and stronger relationships - values often missing in the broader construction landscape.
